Micro Content For Everyone!

Published by Dylan Scott Miller on

If you have ever followed anything I (Dylan) have ever done, then you probably know that I am a jack-of-all-trades, a Renaissance man, someone who loves to stick their fingers in a whole lotta pies.

I hope one of those flippant turns of phrase tickled your fancy.

The point being, though, is that 1) I love micro content and 2) I like to talk about what I like, learn, and am processing.

While I understand this may not always interact with or intersect with the typical fine pieces of content I sling around here on the DSM blog, but I am a big believer in sharing what I learn.

It’s literally why I created DSM’s Brain for anyone who wants to read about the intense notes I take on certain books I am reading.

So, for all of those reasons, I want to start creating pieces of micro content. These are short pieces of content writing that could be about a lot of different things. When and where possible, my plan is to explain where these things intersect with marketing, content marketing, writing, publishing, etc.

But sometimes it is just something I love and need to share.

Take it or leave it.

I won’t be creating much in these pieces that are for “lead generation” but exist solely for anyone who is a weirdo like me interested in a ton of different things and excited to read about some random stuff.

Alrighty, I hope to see you all in there as I start playing around with all these pieces of micro content!
